据日本新华侨报网报道，6月1日，日本爱知县警方以涉嫌违反《电气通信事业法》等罪名，逮捕了一名在大阪府东大阪市居住的中国籍女性(30岁)，同时被逮 捕的还有涉嫌协助其非法经营、住在津市的男性友人(47岁)，目前爱知县警方已根据二人的嫌疑向名古屋地方检察厅递交了《建议起诉书》。
