OmniVision展示500万像素一体化摄像头传感器

刚刚展示了一款全整合的500万像素智能手机影像传感器OV5640，它将镜头硬件和芯片整合到一起，并将厚度减小到仅0.2英寸，它可以处理1080p@30fps或720p@60fps的视频，并内置图像稳定系统和自动白平衡系统。
这种传感器可以用于对摄像头部分要求更高的手机，例如即将发布的iPhone很有可能用的就是相关的方案。
